Broker Expert Audit publishes editorial research and risk-oriented information about online brokers and trading platforms. The Website is not a broker, investment firm, regulator, law firm, or provider of trading accounts, payment services, or transaction processing.
Content on the Website is informational and editorial. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to open an account, deposit money, or trade with any company.
2. Categories and Expert Rating
The Website may place companies in the following editorial categories:
- Licensed Brokers: companies for which relevant regulatory authorisation can be verified in an official register. This category is not an endorsement or guarantee of safety.
- Unlicensed Brokers: companies for which no relevant authorisation has been confirmed, including where an identifiable entity appears to operate without a verified licence for the services or jurisdiction concerned.
- Unclarified Brokers: companies whose identity, regulatory position, or claims cannot be reliably verified or are materially inconsistent.
These categories are separate from the Expert Rating. The Expert Rating is an editorial assessment formed from the overall evidence available at the time of review, including regulatory status, official warnings, transparency, trading and payment terms, technical and domain information, and relevant reputation signals. An official regulatory warning is a significant high-risk factor, but categories and ratings may be updated as new evidence emerges.
3. Risk Disclosure and Limitation of Liability
Trading CFDs and other leveraged products involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of all invested funds. You are responsible for making your own decisions and, where appropriate, obtaining independent professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, authors, and editors are not liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on Website content, links, ratings, or user comments. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Comments and User Contributions
The Website does not provide user accounts. To submit a comment or review, you must provide a name or pseudonym and a working email address. Comments are published only after manual moderation.
You must submit only content that is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant, and respectful. Do not submit spam, referral links, advertising, abusive content, personal data about others, copied material, false statements of fact, or accusations that you cannot substantiate.
By submitting a comment, you confirm that you have the right to publish it and grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, moderate, edit for clarity or length, display, and remove that comment in connection with the Website.
The Website is intended for persons aged 18 or older. We may reject, edit, withhold, or remove any comment, rating, or submission at our editorial discretion, including content that appears misleading, promotional, coordinated, or abusive.
5. Corrections, Updates, and Editorial Contact
Authors, companies, and other interested parties may report a factual error or provide documentary evidence by writing to brokerexpertaudit@gmail.com. We aim to provide an initial response within 14 days.
We assess correction requests independently. Submission of a request does not require us to alter, remove, or suppress editorial content. Where a material change is made to a published review, we may mark the article as updated.
6. Advertising and Paid Publications
The Website may display advertising banners in the sidebar. A banner is advertising and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or Expert Rating by Broker Expert Audit.
A company may pay for publication of a review, but payment does not determine the review’s conclusions, category, or Expert Rating. Paid publications are marked at the end of the article. Sponsored outbound links may use the rel=”sponsored” attribute.
The Website does not use affiliate links. Advertising or payment does not give an advertiser the right to require removal of an editorial conclusion or rating.
7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Unless otherwise stated, original Website content, editorial methodology, ratings, classifications, and design elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
